Tag…I’m It! 7 Deadly Sins of Make Up!

Well it’s official I have been tagged by the beautiful Coretta Hunter who is puzzling our minds daily….Hey Girl and thanks for tagging me!! I’m excited about my very first tag. I feel like a real blogger now :).

So I’m just going to jump right in to it….here’s goes. Ladies I know that A L O T of you could do this without a second thought.

1.Greed: What is your most expensive beauty item?

The Lorac Pro Palette would be the first “high end” eyeshadow palette that I have purchased. This baby retails for $42.00 usd and to some that may not be much but for a person who barely wears shadows it’s pricey lol.  I honestly eyed this palette for months before I said to myself…self and my self said “huh” and I said we need this so there you have it. I’ve been told it’s the perfect palette and if I was to NEVER

purchase another high end brand eye shadow palette I needed this one. I unfortunately have not received it yet however it is purchased and paid for so I felt like it deserved a spot on this tag. Click the picture if you would like to purchase this product.

2.  Wrath: What item do you have a strong love/hate relationship with?

I’d have to say my favorite foundation Covergirl Queen 3-n-1 All Day Flawless. I love this foundation, love the application, love the coverage, love that it matches me perfect but I hate having to take it off and I hate when it transfers to my clothes. Like the worse thing in the world is to give someone a hug and you have foundation that even if it’s just a little gets on your WHITE shirt or worse their shirt. Foundation is a must for coverage even if I don’t like “cake face” I still love this application because with the perfect brush it looks airbrushed and FLAWLESS. “I woke up like this….I woke up like this”. 3.Gluttony: What brands takes up most of your collection?

I would have to say that Wet N Wild is the brand I have the most products from. Now I have some polishes however, I didn’t remember until I was typing this. I’m basically a drugstore girl straight from the heart which would explain why I have an abundance of lippies from this brand. They are SUPER affordable like it’s get’s no better then $1.99 for A good quality lip product and no more then $4.99 for eye shadows that are typically good quality. I recommend them to anyone.

4. Sloth: What product do you ignore the most?

From Top to Bottom Concealers

I know that we all love the things that concealers do for us. I know I do. I sometimes take my concealer mix it with moisturizer and BOOM tinted moisturizer. As you can see I have brands from top to bottom. From L.A. Girl Concealers to MAC Pro Longwear Concealer and those in between. I swear I just don’t always feel like being bothered with it. I just want to throw on some BB Cream, Tinted Moisturizer, or Foundation and be on my way. I just don’t feel like it but I know for a flawless look it’s more often then not essential to a good look.

5. Pride: What product gives you the most confidence?

Red lipstick...rose petals!!

20131128-220441.jpgEvery girl needs her signature red lip and mine is L.E. Riri Woo from MAC Cosmetics. It’s a beautiful retro matte red lippie with blue undertones. It’s the perfect red for EVERY complexion. It makes me feel like the sexiest girl in town. I love it and because it’s a retro matte it’s not nearly as dry as it’s fraternal twin Ruby Woo. It feels good on and it’s very long lasting on the lips as well.

6. Lust: What item is at the top of your list?

Mac Mineralize Skin Finish Natural-Deep Dark

Now I know it’s totally ridiculous that I could love make up in general this much and not have the most talked about and loved finishing powder ever. I have been eyeing this bad boy for a year and I have purchased every face product but this. Crazy right I will get it soon enough though. I need to know if it does what people say it does.

7. Envy: Which makeup product/look looks great on others but not on you?

This is the 5th Edition 120 Palette from  BH Cosmetics. Now, I honestly don’t think that eye shadow looks bad on me however, I’m just not 100% at application. I’m not confident enough in my skills to even leave my home with shadow on. So yea that’s the one thing that looks good on others (when done correctly) but not on me. Stay tuned though because I’m going to get there.

Okay y’all, that’s the end of the 7 Deadly Sins tag! It was fun and thanks again Miss Coretta for tagging me in this. Keep them coming I like this kinda stuff. Until next time love bugs.
